A change impact analysis is a critical step in any organisational change process. This template helps identify what is changing, who is impacted by the change and how, and what potential change activities will be necessary to support them through the impact. This template informs many of the proceeding change management activities such as the communication plan, Human Resource activities, training needs analysis and resistance management plan.
